By accessing and using Alta Secura's secure storage services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Alta Secura provides secure storage services including but not limited to:

• Safe deposit box rentals
• Bullion storage and custodial services
• Document and data storage
• Jewelry and valuable item storage
• Independent audit services
• SMSF compliant storage solutions

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not store illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our pricing schedule
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your storage

The following items are strictly prohibited from storage in our facilities:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband
• Explosive, flammable, or hazardous materials
• Perishable items or live animals
• Items that emit odors or sounds
• Stolen goods or items of questionable ownership
• Cash currency (except in designated secure envelope services)

Storage fees are charged according to our published rate schedule. Payment terms include:

• Annual fees are due in advance
• Late payment may result in additional charges
• Failure to pay may result in termination of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Fee changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

Access to stored items is subject to the following conditions:

• Access is available during business hours only
• Valid identification must be presented upon each visit
• Only authorized signatories may access storage units
• All visits are logged and may be monitored
• Appointment scheduling may be required for certain services

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We maintain comprehensive insurance for our facilities
• Client insurance is recommended for high-value items
• Our liability is limited to the declared value of stored items
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

This agreement may be terminated:

• By either party with 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For violation of facility rules
• For storage of prohibited items

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information regarding stored items and client activities is kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or court order.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, or government action.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
